Feature tour

Everything Livosa does.

One app for nutrition, medicines, and how you actually feel — with a safety layer reading across all of it. Here is the whole toolbox, honestly described.

The Today screen

Your whole day at a glance — in one calm screen.

Open the app and you know where you stand: what you've eaten, what's left, which doses are due, and whether anything needs your attention.

  • Calorie ring with what's left, not just what you ate — against targets computed from your own profile and goals.
  • Macro bars for protein, carbs, and fat, tracked against your personal numbers.
  • Regimen counter — "3 of 5 doses taken" — with a green / amber / red safety shield summarising interactions, gaps, and adherence in one signal.
  • "Up next" dose chips — take or skip a medicine in one tap, logged against its scheduled time.
  • One safety card, ranked by what matters most today — never a wall of alerts.
Today

Heads up: Metformin may deplete Vitamin B12 — you're at 42% of today's target.

Fast logging

Four ways to log a meal. All under a minute.

Tracking only works if it's effortless. Pick whichever method fits the moment — they all land in the same diary with full nutrition data.

  • Photo scan: photograph your plate and AI recognises the foods and estimates portions — every item editable before you save.
  • Barcode scanner for packaged foods, backed by the Open Food Facts product database.
  • Voice: say the meal out loud — "two eggs, toast with butter, black coffee" — transcribed on your device.
  • Catalog search across a nutrition database with micronutrients, not just calories — plus your own recent and custom foods.
  • Life-friendly details: backdate entries, repeat yesterday's meal, tag pre/post-workout, and quick-add water in one tap.

The Diary

Your whole health history — one timeline, fully searchable.

Nine kinds of logs merge into a single day view: meals, medicine doses, supplements, symptoms, mood, hydration, workouts, cycle entries, and vitals. No more "which app did I write that in?"

  • Swipeable week calendar — flick between weeks, tap any day, or jump straight to a date.
  • Filter chips — narrow a day to Food, Meds, Supplements, Symptoms, Mood, or Activity instantly, no reloading.
  • Search your entire history: type "headache" and see every time you logged it, grouped by type, with frequency at a glance — "Logged 7× in the last 90 days."
  • Time-range filters (30 days / 90 days / 1 year / all) and your recent searches, remembered.
  • Tap a result and land on that day — the diary jumps to the exact entry and highlights it.
  • Ask Coach from a search: searching a symptom offers "what preceded these?" — one tap to investigate patterns.
  • Private by design: vault-locked medicine names stay redacted in the search index, and cycle notes are never indexed at all.
  • Easy corrections: tap to edit, swipe to delete — with confirmation.

Medicines & supplements

A guard over your regimen, not just a pill reminder.

The Meds hub holds your full regimen — prescriptions and supplements together — because that's the only way to check them against each other.

  • Full-day schedule — morning, afternoon, evening, night, plus as-needed doses — with reminders and one-tap take or skip.
  • Adherence you can see: a weekly ring and a 7-day history strip, per medicine and across the whole regimen.
  • Interaction scan across everything you take — medicines and supplements — from published reference data.
  • Drug–nutrient depletion flags, cross-checked against what you actually ate today — the check no single-purpose app can do.
  • Supplement stacks: group what you take together and log the whole stack in one tap.
  • Encrypted vault: sensitive medicine names are encrypted on your device with a key only you hold — invisible even to us.
  • Scan the package: add a medicine by photographing the box.

AI Coach

A coach that reads your logs before it opens its mouth.

Generic advice is easy to find. The Coach is useful because every answer is grounded in your own recent history — your meals, doses, sleep, and symptoms.

  • Grounded answers that cite your actual numbers — "your iron has averaged 54% of target for 9 days" — not population averages.
  • Starter suggestions built from today: if you're low on vitamin D, the chip says "Why is my vitamin D low today?" before you type a word.
  • Ask from anywhere: every insight card has "Ask about this" — the Coach arrives already knowing the context.
  • It learns durable facts about you (dislikes shellfish, trains on Tuesdays) — and you can review, correct, or delete every one.
  • Proactive investigations: when something odd shows up in your data, Livosa digs in and reports what it found.
  • Experiment ideas: testable 14-day hypotheses ("magnesium earlier → better sleep?") tracked with your real measurements.
  • Guardrails on purpose: medical questions get a clear "talk to your clinician" — the Coach knows what it isn't.

Plan tomorrow's meals around my B12 gap.
Done. Three B12-forward ideas that fit your usual breakfast pattern and skip shellfish: eggs with fortified nutritional yeast, a salmon rice bowl, and yogurt with fortified granola. Together they'd put you at ~110% of target.

Insights

Patterns you'd never spot alone.

Logging is only worth it if the data comes back to you as understanding. Insights is where that happens.

  • Top insight first: one ranked headline — the single most useful thing to know right now — then six tidy categories underneath.
  • Medicine insights: interactions, depletion headlines, and weekly adherence in one card.
  • Nutrition insights: 7-day averages that skip empty days, so a lazy Sunday doesn't read as a deficiency.
  • Patterns & discoveries: daily recaps, wins, risk flags, and investigation results as your history deepens.
  • Experiments: N-of-1 trials with before/after comparisons of your own measurements.
  • People like you (opt-in): anonymised comparisons with similar users — built with minimum group sizes and statistical noise so no individual is ever identifiable.
  • Deep nutrition analytics: a full micronutrient grid scored against floors, targets, and safe ceilings — not just a calorie line.

Caregivers & reports

Built for the people who look after people.

Health is often a family matter. Livosa handles that with consent at the centre.

  • Caregiver sharing: invite someone you trust to see your regimen and day summary. Explicit consent, revocable in one tap, and every caregiver action is attributed in the log.
  • Caring for someone? Their day appears in your own app — doses, meals, and how they're doing — without calling to nag.
  • Clinic-ready reports: export your history as PDF or CSV — walk into an appointment with data instead of vague recollections.
  • Vault stays vaulted: encrypted medicine names remain hidden from caregivers unless you decide otherwise.
