Getting started

How do I log a meal quickly?

Tap the + button on the Today screen. You can photograph your plate (AI recognises the food), scan a barcode, speak the meal aloud, or search the food catalog. Every method lands in the same diary.

How do I set up medicines and reminders?

Health tab → Regimen → add a medicine or supplement with its schedule. Doses appear in "Up next" on the Today screen, and reminders arrive as notifications if you've allowed them.

Why are my nutrition targets what they are?

Targets are computed from your profile (age, sex, height, weight, goals). Update the profile and targets follow. Livosa also adapts your energy target over time based on your logged trend.

Subscriptions & refunds

How do I cancel Livosa Premium?

Subscriptions are billed by the store, so cancel there: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Livosa; App Store → Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Livosa. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their store policies. If you're stuck, email us and we'll point you at the right place.

Health sync

Steps or workouts aren't syncing

  • Android: make sure Health Connect is installed and Livosa has permission for Steps and Exercise (Health Connect app → App permissions → Livosa).
  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Livosa, and enable the categories you want to share.
  • Sync is read-only and opt-in; disconnecting it never touches your existing Livosa logs.

Your data

How do I export my data?

Analytics → export menu lets you generate CSV or PDF reports of your history at any time — useful for clinician visits.

How do I delete my data or account?

Individual entries: swipe them away in the Diary. Everything: Profile → Delete Account, or follow the app-free path on the account deletion page.
